For support, email info@pipsapps.com. Include your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened.

Common checks

  • If iCloud sync is enabled, confirm that you are signed in to iCloud on the device.
  • If an event is missing on another device, open Seatsy on both devices and give iCloud time to sync.
  • If you are reporting a layout issue, attach a screenshot and mention the event type.

App Store purchases

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. If you need purchase help, include the App Store account region in your support email, but do not send payment card details.
